材料<br />
大里肌帶骨600公克油炸粉:地瓜粉5大匙黑胡椒粒1大匙<br />

醃料<br />
醬油150cc米酒150cc砂糖2大匙五香粉1大匙蒜泥少許薑泥少許<br />

作法<br />
1.將肉片洗淨,用肉鎚或刀背拍鬆,使肉質更富彈性且容易入味。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.將所有的醃料混合均勻,放入肉片醃漬並冷藏至隔天。 <br />
3.將沾料混合,取出冷藏一晚的肉片瀝乾,確實沾裹並稍微壓緊。 <br />
4.將炸油燒熱至180℃,然後將肉片下鍋炸至酥黃,撈起瀝乾即可。
