材料<br />
鴨血300公克鹹菜100公克蒜仁2粒辣椒1條<br />

調味料<br />
蔥香沙茶醬2大匙牛頭牌鮮味雞晶1大匙細砂糖1小匙蠔油1大匙白胡椒粉少許鹽少許<br />
<br />
作法<br />
1.將鴨血洗淨後再切成大片狀;鹹菜泡水去鹹度後,切絲狀;蒜仁切片;辣椒切片,備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.起一個平底鍋,加入一匙沙拉油,加入作法2的所有材料以中火爆香,再加入作法1的鴨血一起以小火煮約5分鐘。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.於作法2鍋中加入所有調味料一起翻炒均勻即可。
