食材 <br />
在來米粉 300g(半包) 白蘿蔔 1條 油蔥酥 3T 乾香菇 5朵 水 共6杯 白胡椒粉和鹽 均適量 <br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
蘿蔔去皮刨絲擠出多餘水分,香菇泡水瀝乾切碎,油蔥酥切碎(可省略這步驟) <br />
2 <br />
起油鍋炒香香菇油蔥酥,接著加入蘿蔔絲拌炒,最後加入3.5杯水(量米杯),煮滾時加入適量的鹽,白胡椒粉, <br />

另起一鍋將在來米粉加2.5杯的水調勻,將煮滾的蘿蔔絲水趁熱倒入在來米粉水中充分攪拌均勻(成糊狀) <br />
4 <br />
將稠狀的粉將到入電鍋內鍋中用湯匙壓平(電鍋內鍋先抹油),電鍋蒸一小時(悶涼再取出) <br />
5 <br />
將蒸好的蘿蔔糕以西餐刀劃邊緣一圈即可取出 <br />
6 <br />
切片放入平底鍋煎至金黃即可食用(加入自己喜歡的醬料) <br />
7 <br />
料理成蘿蔔糕炒蛋也很好吃喔! <br />
