★材料:蘋果1個、刈菜頭1個、紅棗12顆、老薑3片、蒜頭1大顆不去皮、烏骨雞半隻、胡椒粒1小匙(喜愛辣味者,可換成剝皮辣椒)<br />

★作法:<br />
<br />
1.烏骨雞洗淨,蒜頭、薑片、紅棗一起先煮約12~15分鐘,燜鍋半小時。<br />
<br />
2.要吃之前,再入刈菜梗、胡椒煮數分鐘(視個人喜歡刈菜的軟硬度而定)。<br />
<br />
3.起鍋前,加入蘋果煮2分鐘即可。<br />

★達人說:簡單又美味的做法且老少鹹宜,年節吃得太油膩,這道湯品是清腸胃的最佳推薦;建議不加調味,尤其蘋果加入後,清甜滋味與多種食材中和,美妙難以言喻。 <br />
