材料<br />
白菜400公克三角油豆腐5片櫻花蝦10公克柴魚片少許麻油適量<br />

調味料<br />
輕煮汁適量<br />
<br />
作法<br />
1.三角油豆腐放入沸水中汆燙去除油漬,撈起瀝乾切條狀備用。 <br />
2.白菜放入放入沸水中汆燙一下,撈起瀝乾切段備用。 <br />
3.熱鍋,倒入麻油,放入櫻花蝦炒香後,加入作法1的油豆腐條、作法2的白菜段炒勻。 <br />
4.最後加入輕煮汁煮至白菜變軟即可。
