<br />
材料<br />
1.紅燒湯底300cc<br />
2.南薑1小塊香芧乾2大匙紅蔥頭1顆小辣椒3支花椒1小匙辣椒粉1小匙辣油1小匙<br />
3.牛小排2塊<br />
4.河粉200公克檸檬片3片香菜適量<br />

調味料<br />
糖1小匙雞粉2小匙<br />

作法<br />
1.將紅燒湯底加入材料2,用中火燉煮約10分鐘,即成為酸辣湯頭。 <br />
2.將牛小排加入酸辣湯頭中,用小火熬煮8分鐘,最後以糖、雞粉調味。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.另將河粉燙熟裝碗,加入作法2的湯與料,食用時附上檸檬片、香菜即可。
