  <strong>主料:龍利魚500克,細香蔥100克<br />
  調料:食鹽1茶匙,生抽少許,植物油3湯匙,水適量</strong><br />
<br />
  蔥油龍利魚的做法<br />
  <strong>1.龍利魚收拾乾淨,撒些鹽,醃個十分鐘左右<br />
  2.香蔥洗淨,不用切,備用<br />
  3.不粘平底鍋放油燒熱,將龍利魚放入,兩面煎在焦黃色<br />
  4.先裝出,待用<br />
  5.鍋中留煎魚的底油,放入香蔥<br />
  6.煎香一面,翻至另一面再煎一會兒<br />
  7.將龍利魚擺在上面,淋入適量的生抽<br />
  8.最後加一些清水煮開,大火收汁,即可</strong><br />
