材料<br />
棒棒腿2隻黑木耳10公克蔥段1根<br />
<br />
醃料<br />
鹽1/4茶匙醬油1/2茶匙糖1/4茶匙酒1茶匙太白粉1茶匙<br />
<br />
作法<br />
1.黑木耳泡水至漲發,洗淨去除蒂頭,備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.棒棒腿剁小塊,洗去血水後瀝乾,備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.將作法2的雞腿塊加入所有醃料拌勻,再加入作法1的黑木耳拌勻,醃漬約20分鐘,備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
4.將作法3放入蒸盤裡舖平,入鍋以大火蒸約12分鐘後取出,撒上蔥段裝飾即可。
