<strong>主料:蝦6只<br />
輔料:面包粉100克,澱粉20克,雞蛋黃1個,食鹽1克,水30克,料酒5毫升,植物油500克</strong><br />

酥炸黃金蝦的做法<br />
<strong>1.大蝦清洗乾淨;剝掉蝦皮去掉蝦頭,然後用牙籤把蝦線挑出來<br />
2.放鹽和料酒把大蝦鹽制5分鐘左右;把雞蛋黃1個,麵粉20g,水30g調成稀麵糊<br />
3.把醃製好的大蝦先放進麵糊裡沾滿麵糊;把沾滿麵糊的大蝦裹滿面包粉<br />
4.開小火,油倒鍋內燒熱,下入大蝦炸至金黃撈出即可</strong><br />

烹飪技巧<br />
<strong>1、掉蝦皮去掉蝦頭後再挑蝦線,從尾巴第一個節處很容易;<br />
2、炸蝦的時候一定要小火,不然面包粉很容易糊,小火延長下炸制時間,裡邊的蝦也熟透了,一般在1分鐘左右就好了,蝦嫩嫩的更好吃哦。</strong><br />
