飯岡屋鮑魚 1 雞高湯 1200cc 白米 1.5杯 胡蘿蔔片 少許 碗豆 少許 鹽 適量 胡椒粉 少許 蔥花 適量 香菜 適量&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法<br />

準備所有食材 <br />
2 <br />
準備一個湯鍋,放入高湯及白米,胡蘿蔔片煮滾(約15~20分鐘) <br />
3 <br />
完成前放入蔬菜及鮑魚切片和鮑魚湯汁一起煮滾 <br />
4 <br />
起鍋前加入適量鹽及胡椒粉調味,撒上蔥花及香菜即完成 <br />
