材料<br />
青蔥一斤三層肉四兩豆豉二兩醬油二大匙糖一茶匙紅辣椒少許<br />
<br />
作法<br />
1.青蔥切斜片段、三層肉切小長條,紅辣椒切斜片。 <br />
2.豆豉略以清水浸洗,一半剁碎。 <br />
3.溫火燜炸三層肉至焦乾,榨出之油爆香豆豉,後加入青蔥爆炒,以少許醬油及糖調味、紅辣椒配色。
