★材料:白蘿蔔半條切丁,金針菇、紅椒、刈菜連葉切丁、肉羹、藕粉、冬菜、魚露少許、高湯1鍋、雞蛋1個、米酉林少許<br />
<br />
★作法:<br />
<br />
1.白蘿蔔先入高湯,煮到呈透明狀後放刈菜、金針菇、紅椒、冬菜與肉羹,加入米酉林、魚露調味。<br />
<br />
2.加入打好的蛋液,熄火,稍攪拌即可上桌。<br />
<br />
