材料<br />
五花肉600公克蔥3支辣椒2支蒜頭30公克薑片10公克<br />

滷包:八角2粒桂枝10公克甘草5公克花椒5公克陳皮5公克<br />

調味料<br />
醬油4大匙冰糖2大匙米酒1大匙水1200㏄<br />

作法<br />
1.將五花肉洗淨,用滾水煮7分鐘,切成厚片狀,備用。 <br />
2.熱油鍋,放入蒜頭、辣椒、薑片和蔥炒香,放入作法1的五花肉片和所有調味料和水後,再移入燉鍋。 <br />
3.在作法2的燉鍋中,加入滷包,用大火煮滾後,轉小火蓋上蓋子,滷50分鐘至軟即可。
