食材 <br />
雞腿 5支 山藥 半根 玉米筍 1盒 青蔥 10支 紅辣椒 2根 <br />
雞肉醃料<br />
米酒 120cc 穀盛壽喜燒 120cc 蒜頭 5瓣 <br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
雞腿洗淨從內側切一刀深至骨 ; 取一容器放入雞肉及雞肉醃料醃至入味...(我放冰箱約4小時) <br />
2 <br />
準備材料: 青蔥切段; 山藥去皮切塊 <br />
3 <br />
取一平底鍋, 放入雞肉(雞皮完整的那面朝下),中小火慢煎將油逼出... <br />
4 <br />
待呈現金黃即翻面, 放入山藥, 青蔥, 紅辣椒, 倒入容器中剩餘的雞肉醃料, 轉大火煮至滾... <br />
5 <br />
水滾後轉小火~蓋上鍋蓋悶煮10分鐘...打開鍋蓋將鍋內食材翻面(均勻燒煮入味上色)~ <br />
6 <br />
放入玉米筍, 蓋上鍋蓋再續悶約10分鐘... <br />
7 <br />
打開鍋蓋翻炒一下待湯汁稍收即完成 <br />
