材料<br />
山苦瓜350公克鹹蛋2個蒜末10公克辣椒末10公克蔥末10公克<br />

調味料<br />
鹽少許糖1/4小匙雞粉1/4小匙米酒1/2大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.山苦瓜洗淨去頭尾,剖開去籽切片,放入沸水略汆燙撈出,沖水瀝乾;鹹蛋去殼切小片,備用。 <br />
2.取鍋燒熱後倒入2大匙油,放入蒜末與作法1的鹹蛋片爆香,加入辣椒末、蔥末與作法1汆燙過的山苦瓜片拌炒,最後加入所有調味料拌炒均勻即可。
