南瓜炒米粉

材料<br />
乾中細米粉300公克南瓜150公克青蔥3支新鮮香菇5朵奶油50公克肉絲100公克高湯500㏄<br />

調味料<br />
鹽少許胡椒粉少許淡色醬油1/2大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.南瓜削皮洗淨剖開去籽並切成絲狀,青蔥洗淨切成小段狀,新鮮香菇洗淨切成絲狀備用。 <br />
2.熱鍋加入適量的水,將米粉放入滾水中燙約2分鐘後,即撈起瀝乾水份備用。 <br />
3.熱鍋加入奶油,將作法1的蔥段和香菇絲放入爆香,拌炒至香氣溢出後倒入肉絲續炒1分鐘後撈起。 <br />
4.將作法1的南瓜絲放入作法3的鍋中並倒入高湯煮約3分鐘。 <br />
5.將作法2的米粉、作法3的材料、及所有調味料加入作法4中拌炒均勻後,轉小火燜煮約5分鐘即可。
