  <strong>主料:藕800克<br />
  調料:醋10克 滷水2000克 油潑辣子20克</strong><br />
<br />
  辣汁鹵藕的做法<br />
  <strong>1.準備滷水一罐<br />
  2.蓮藕切去兩頭,不要削皮,分切成15釐米長左右的段,洗淨備用<br />
  3.取一大砂鍋,倒入滷水,大火煮開後下入藕段<br />
  4.蓋上蓋,煮至再次沸騰時改小火,再煮15-20分鐘即可<br />
  5.如果拿不準時間,可以試著用一根筷子插入藕中,如果感覺可以輕鬆捅入,就表示已經鹵好,如果感覺有硬度,捅到一半就捅不動了,就表示還沒鹵好,還要繼續煮<br />
  6.將鹵好的藕取出,置於盤中晾涼<br />
  7.待冷卻後切成小片<br />
  8.油潑辣子、醋、滷水調成味汁<br />
  9.倒在藕片上,拌勻即可</strong><br />
