材料<br />
<strong>普通麵粉100克,牛奶25克,油20克,蛋4只,糖80克,鹽一小撮</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、將雞蛋蛋清和蛋黃分離。蛋清放入乾淨無油水盆中,用打蛋器將蛋清打成固狀。打的過程中加入鹽。<br />
2、將糖加入到分離出的蛋黃中,用打蛋器打散。<br />
3、將麵粉加入到打散的蛋黃液中,輕輕的拌勻,再加入油,輕輕的拌勻。<br />
4、將一半打好的蛋清加入步驟(3)中,用刮刀上下翻均,不要攪拌。再將剩下的一半蛋清加入,再翻勻。<br />
5、預熱烤箱180度,將做好的蛋糕糊倒入磨具中。<br />
6、180度烤30分鐘即可(什麼事都不是一成不變的,可隨時觀察掌握火候)</strong><br />
