香菇 12朵 豬絞肉 2兩 荸薺 4顆 薑末 少許 醬油 少許 鹽 少許 白胡椒粉 少許 香油 少許 太白粉 少許<br />

1.a)乾香菇用水泡軟去蒂頭 b)新鮮香菇洗淨去蒂頭 **乾香菇與新鮮香菇二擇一 <br />

2.荸薺(馬蹄)拍碎剁成細末 <br />

3.豬絞肉加上鹽,醬油,白胡椒粉,香油攪拌均勻. 適量打一點水(約1茶匙)慢慢加喔.. 冷凍的豬肉與溫體豬肉的吃水量不一樣 <br />

4.將剁碎的荸薺(馬蹄)加入豬絞肉中成肉餡 <br />
5 <br />
5.香菇內緣灑上少許太白粉(生粉) 把肉餡鑲上 **因為家中有鹹蛋黃跟毛豆就點綴了一下 <br />

6.上鍋大火蒸8分鐘 <br />
