花 干、豆乾 各3片 四季豆 適量(去絲切段) 乾辣椒 2根(切段) 花 椒 1小匙 蒜碎 3瓣 蔥段 2根 香菜段 2株 豆瓣醬 1小匙 黑豆鼓 1匙 糖 少許 淬釀醬油露 1大匙 雞高湯 300cc <br />

所有的材料們 <br />

豆乾對切兩片後斜切花,花干切塊。 <br />

鍋倒油加熱,將豆乾片煎至兩面金黃有濃濃乾煎香氣後放入豆瓣醬、黑豆鼓、蒜碎炒香,放入乾辣椒、花椒拌炒入味,放入花干塊、倒入雞高湯、味全淬釀醬油,蓋上鍋蓋小火煨煮入味。 <br />
