材料<br />
<strong>1、五花肉300g<br />
2、蓮藕(本人比較喜歡放蓮藕^.^)<br />
3、雞蛋1個<br />
4、澱粉適量<br />
5、蔥薑末<br />
6、醬油、鹽、五香粉</strong><br />
<br />
做法<br />
<strong>1、五花肉洗淨,刀切小肉片,再剁成肉末。<br />
2、肉末上放入醬油、鹽、五香粉、蔥薑末後繼續剁,讓它入味。<br />
3、蓮藕去皮洗淨,剁碎,加入肉末中繼續剁一小會。<br />
4、盛入盆中,打入雞蛋,再加適量澱粉(大約一勺多就夠了)<br />
5、將餡料攪拌均勻。<br />
6、用手將肉末捏成小肉團,放入油鍋炸熟即可。</strong><br />

小訣竅<br />
<strong>油滾至七八成後放入肉丸再轉小火,肉丸不容易老,炸得更均勻。</strong><br />
