材料<br />
<strong>墨魚400克,土豆20克,青椒1個,胡蘿蔔20克,鹽3克,味精2克,大蒜10克,大蔥15克,花生油30克,澱粉10克,胡椒粉2克</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、先把墨魚洗淨,剝去外皮和內臟,切成十字花刀,切6×3釐米長條。<br />
2、青椒去蒂、籽,洗淨,切菱形。<br />
3、土豆去皮,切成片狀。<br />
4、胡蘿蔔洗淨,切成片。<br />
5、蔥、蒜切成碎。<br />
6、鍋裡放油,放入墨魚滑炒一下,盛出來備用。<br />
7、另取一鍋放油,放入蔥、蒜末煸炒。<br />
8、放入青椒、胡蘿蔔、土豆片翻炒。<br />
9、放入鹽翻炒。<br />
10、放入高湯翻炒。<br />
11、放入墨魚翻炒。<br />
12、放入胡椒粉、水澱粉翻炒。<br />
13、放入味精,翻炒均勻即可。盛入盤中,即可享用。</strong><br />
