西式肉捲餐盒

  材料<br />
  <strong>燻肉3片,青蒜1支,四季豆3條,火雞肉1片,大熱狗1/2條,冷凍面糰20公克,巴西裡少許,糖漿少許,鹽1/2小匙</strong><br />
<br />
  做法<br />
  <strong>(1)將青蒜切成3段,各約一吋,用燻肉片捲起再以牙籤固定。<br />
  (2)四季豆用熱水加鹽,川燙至熟,起鍋沖冷水後瀝乾,用火雞肉片將四季豆捲起後,切成三段。<br />
  (3)將以上依序排放入餐盒中。<br />
  (4)用現成冷凍面糰,再用拉網刀滾過,再包上熱狗,上面加糖漿及巴西裡,經過150℃烘烤25分鐘即可出爐,再放入餐盒內。</strong><br />
