  材料<br />

  <strong>麵粉、泡打粉、瘦肉、胡蘿蔔、木耳、姜、蔥、香油、雞精、鹽、生抽、植物油</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1、麵粉300克,加入泡打粉3克,用溫水和面,餳20分鐘。<br />
  2、瘦肉剁末,蔥姜切末,放點雞精、鹽、生抽、香油攪拌均勻。<br />
  3、胡蘿蔔擦絲,木耳泡發後切末,和肉餡一起攪勻。<br />
  4、揉麵,搟成薄餅,鋪上餡料。<br />
  5、從麵餅中心向邊緣切一刀,從切口處向著一個方向卷,最後呈圓錐形。<br />
  6、捏緊口,搟平。<br />
  7、平底鍋刷油,放入餅,烙熟,切塊裝盤。</strong><br />
