材料<br />
韭菜40公克豆芽40公克處理過的蚵仔100公克<br />

調味料<br />
白胡椒1/6大匙醬油膏1大匙豬油1大匙味精1/3小匙紅蔥酥1/2大匙<br />

作法<br />
1. 大量韭菜切段與豆芽一起川燙過放入碗底。 <br />
2. 把川燙處理過的鮮蚵鋪在上面。 <br />
3. 加入調味料,最後撒上紅蔥酥。食用前把所有的調味料攪拌均勻,讓每一粒蚵仔都沾上醬料,趁熱享用。
