食材 ( 3 人份 ) <br />
鹹蛋黃 1顆(搗碎) 板豆腐 半盒(切丁) 蔥珠 1.5大匙 醬油膏 適量 黑胡椒粒 少量<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
熱鍋,將鹹蛋黃碎末和豆腐置入鍋中,用小火煎到豆腐表皮變金黃,中間要用筷子將豆腐塊逐一翻面,並盡量讓豆腐沾染上碎鹹蛋黃 <br />
2 <br />
將蛋黃和豆腐盛起後,將蔥珠用一小匙的水煎熟 <br />
3 <br />
在豆腐上灑蔥珠、黑胡椒,吃時沾取醬油膏 <br />
