&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>材料:嫩豆腐1塊,白蘿蔔,香菜,鹽3克</strong><br />
<br />
  做法:<br />
<br />
  1、嫩豆腐切片後改刀成粗細均勻的絲,放在加了鹽的溫水中浸泡。<br />
  2、白蘿蔔洗淨擦絲,香菜切碎。<br />
  3、湯鍋內注入適量水,沸騰後加入豆腐絲、蘿蔔絲後中火煮10分鐘至蘿蔔絲完全熟軟。<br />
  4、熄火後調入鹽和香菜,攪拌均勻後加蓋燜約1分鐘即可。<br />
