果醬餅乾

&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>材料<br />
  黃油110g,低筋麵粉200g,澄粉50g,糖粉50g,雞蛋30g,鹽3g,果醬少許</strong><br />
<br />
  做法<br />
  1、黃油室溫軟化,加入糖粉,打發至發白蓬鬆狀。<br />
  2、雞蛋打發,分兩次加入黃油中,攪拌均勻。<br />
  3、加鹽繼續攪拌。<br />
  4、低筋麵粉過篩後倒入黃油中,澄粉也加入,最後用刮板和面。<br />
  5、將麵糰整理好後,然後揉成若干個10g大小的圓球,放到烤盤上。<br />
  6、用手指分別在圓球中間輕輕地按壓一個小圓坑,然後用小湯匙舀點果醬填入圓坑中。<br />
  7、最後放在烤箱中層,175度,18分鐘(視自己烤箱為準)<br />
