西班牙涼菜湯

  這是真正的涼菜涼湯,保留了食材的鮮度的營養。<br />
<br />
  材料<br />
  <strong>法國面包85克,較大的紅色或綠色甜椒1個,剁碎<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;紅洋蔥1個,剁碎<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;小黃瓜(青瓜)1/2根,去皮,去籽,切片<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;李子西紅柿225克,去核, 一切為四<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;新鮮羅勒或寬葉歐芹葉15克<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;大蒜1瓣,剁成末<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;橄欖油2湯匙<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;紅葡萄酒醋或白葡萄酒醋2湯匙<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;西紅柿汁725毫升<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;現磨的黑胡椒粉適量</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1.去掉面包殼,把面包撕碎,放在碗裡,加水浸沒,泡至少5分鐘。<br />
  2.將碗裡的水瀝乾,用手將面包中大部分水分擠出,備用。<br />
  3.把甜椒、紅洋蔥和小黃瓜放入攪拌機,攪打成碎末,倒入碗裡。<br />
  4.將西紅柿和羅勒放入攪拌機打碎(但未成泥),加入甜椒混合物中。<br />
  5.把大蒜、橄欖油、葡萄酒醋、泡過的面包和西紅柿汁放入攪拌機混合,然後拌入蔬菜混合物中攪拌均勻。<br />
  6.加入黑胡椒粉,把碗蓋上,食用前至少冷卻1小時。</strong><br />
