一、原料<br />
<strong> 主料:水發黃喉500克。<br />
配料:水發黑木耳150克,韭菜100克,紅椒30克。<br />
調料:植物油50克,精鹽4克,味精3克,雞精3克,醬辣椒10克,香油5克,水澱粉5克。<br />

二、製法<br />
1、將黃喉去盡油膜洗淨,與木耳分別切成5釐米長,0.3釐米寬的絲;紅椒去蒂、籽切5釐米長的絲;韭菜摘洗乾淨,切成5釐米長的段;醬辣椒剁成碎米狀。<br />
2、鍋內放水,燒開後將黃喉、木耳分別入鍋內焯水,撈出瀝乾水分。<br />
3、淨鍋置旺火上,放入植物油,燒至五成熱時下醬辣椒炒香,再放入黃喉絲、木耳絲,加精鹽、味精、雞精略炒,下韭菜段炒至斷生,勾芡,淋香油,出鍋裝盤即可。<br />
