梅花肉(碎肉) 700克 洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、木耳 適量 高麗菜 半顆 醬油 2大匙 太白粉 3小匙 白胡椒粉 少許 雞湯塊 1塊<br />

洋蔥、木耳、紅蘿蔔 切碎 <br />

將洋蔥、木耳、紅蘿蔔、絞肉 、醬油、太白粉、胡椒粉 加入鍋中拌均摔打至有黏性 <br />

將步驟3材料捏成圓餅狀放入平底鍋煎到變色 <br />
5 <br />
炒鍋加一碗水(約750CC)煮滾加入雞湯塊少許醬油及高麗菜悶熟再放上煎熟的肉餅緒煮10至15分鐘 <br />
