  材料<br />
  <strong>雞蛋2個,麵粉適量,鹽、色拉油,蔥2根</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1、碗中倒入麵粉(麵粉的多少決定多少餅),打兩個雞蛋、鹽、水充分化勻,加香蔥末攪勻。<br />
  2、平底鍋中倒入色拉油,香油更好,電磁爐最小火,直接將攪勻的液體倒入鍋中,液體多少決定了餅的厚度,待煎製兩面金黃即可出鍋。</strong><br />
