材料<br />
棒棒腿500公克蒜泥40公克<br />

調味料<br />
咖哩粉2小匙米酒1大匙魚露2小匙細砂糖2小匙低筋麵粉3大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.將棒棒腿洗淨,放入盆中,加入蒜泥、咖哩粉、米酒、魚露、細砂糖攪拌均勻後,放入冷藏室冰醃約2時備用。 <br />
2.將作法1的棒棒腿均勻沾上低筋麵粉,放入油溫燒至160℃的油鍋炸約15分鐘,至棒棒腿浮起呈金黃色撈出盛盤即可。
