<strong>主料:魷魚200克<br />
輔料:雞蛋1個 小麥麵粉30克 面包屑50克 番茄沙司15克<br />
調料:食鹽3克 料酒10毫升 生抽10毫升 白胡椒粉1克<br />

香炸魷魚圈的做法<br />
1.魷魚切圈,撕去魷魚圈表皮以去除腥味<br />
2.鍋中水燒開,放入魷魚圈焯水30秒左右,可去除腥味<br />
3.在魷魚圈中調入鹽、白胡椒粉、料酒和生抽,攪拌均勻,醃製15分鐘<br />
4.在醃製好的魷魚圈上蘸上一層麵粉,隨後裹上蛋液,再沾上一層面包屑<br />
5.鍋中倒植物油,中火燒至五成熱,將魷魚圈依次入鍋,炸制金黃色,撈出放在廚房紙上吸乾油分<br />
6.將炸好的魷魚圈擺入盤中,搭配番茄沙司食用即可<br />
