  <strong>主料:豬裡脊肉100克、黑木耳10朵</strong><br />
  <strong>調料:食鹽1.2克、醋3毫升、雞精2克、蔥1段、料酒5毫升、水澱粉少許、植物油適量</strong><br />

  木耳炒肉的做法<br />
<br />
  <strong>1.豬裡脊肉切薄片,加生抽、料酒、水澱粉醃製十幾分鐘<br />
  2.木耳用溫水泡軟,摘去根部,洗淨,撕成小朵備用<br />
  3.蔥切斜段,姜切末<br />
  4.鍋中放油,油熱後放入薑末,放入肉片炒至變色盛出備用<br />
  5.鍋中放油,油熱後放入蔥段、木耳、生抽翻炒兩分鐘,放入肉片翻炒均勻,烹點醋,加鹽、雞精調味即可<br />
