<strong>主料:小麥麵粉750克 酵母(干)8克<br />
<br />
調料:雞蛋2個 黃油75克 煉乳80克</strong><br />

金魚戲水饟餅的做法<br />
<br />
1.所有原料放在一起,加適量的溫水揉成麵糰,揉光後醒發半小時<br />
2.取一塊麵糰搟成薄片,用一個大碗反扣上面,裁出圓形薄餅<br />
3.揉出兩塊小麵糰搓成橢圓形放在圓餅上,做金魚的身體<br />
4.再搓出兩個小圓球做眼睛,細長條捲起做金魚的嘴巴,用蛋液沾粘<br />
5.再取一塊麵糰搟成薄片,用刀裁出魚尾巴的形狀,用小麵糰壓扁做出前鰭,壓出花紋<br />
6.用蛋液沾粘在主麵餅上<br />
7.用U形刀戳出魚鱗<br />
8.用剪刀剪出水草的形狀做點綴<br />
9.刷上蛋液醒發好後入烤箱190°C烤熟<br />
