材料<br />
筊白筍3根蒜仁2顆<br />
<br />
調味料<br />
芝麻醬1大匙涼開水2大匙蠔油1大匙細糖1茶匙<br />
<br />
作法<br />
1.將筊白筍剝去綠殼,削去粗邊;先將蒜仁切碎末備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.取鍋燒開水,汆燙作法1的茭白筍約2分鐘,撈起放入冰水中泡涼,撈起瀝乾切小塊裝盤備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.將芝麻醬與涼開水調勻,加入作法1的蒜末及其餘調味料拌勻即為麻醬汁。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
4.將芝麻醬汁淋在作法2的筊白筍上即可食用。
