簡介<br />
不知道大家煮花椰菜的時候,是不是都把後面的莖丟掉,其實把外面的皮削掉,也是很好吃的。 <br />
我婆婆還會故意把莖去皮後,削成薄片,抓一下鹽巴去去苦水,然後淋上醬油膏當做涼拌菜,也是很好吃的喔!<br />

花椰菜 1朵 蒜末 2辮 醬油膏 適量&nbsp;&nbsp;作法<br />
1 <br />
花椰菜入熱水煮熟 <br />
2 <br />
起鍋後,撒上蒜末,淋上醬油膏,簡單又好吃 <br />
