食材 <br />
高麗菜(小顆) 1顆 肉絲 150~200g 醬油 1大匙 米酒 1大匙 紅蘿蔔絲 半條 白飯 4碗 鹽 適量 胡椒粉 適量 鵝油 1大匙 蒜末 1~2顆<br />

作法<br />

高麗菜洗淨後用手撕大片;肉絲先與醬油及米酒抓拌均勻靜置5min <br />
2 <br />
熱鍋後,加適量的油先爆香蒜末,再加入肉絲拌炒後再加入紅蘿蔔絲略拌一下 <br />
3 <br />
鍋中加入適量的水,待水沸騰後加入白飯及高麗菜,煮滾後加入鹽、胡椒粉、及鵝油即可享用 <br />
