食材 ( 6 人份 ) <br />
蝦子 12尾 蒜頭 4辦 辣椒 1根 豆酥醬 1罐 洋芋片 1包 油 1大匙 鹽 適量 雞粉 適量 糖 適量 米酒 1大匙<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
起油鍋將蝦子過油 <br />
2 <br />
熱油鍋後放入辣椒、蒜頭炒香 <br />
3 <br />
放入豆酥醬(記得把油瀝掉)、蝦子、鹽、雞粉、糖調味拌炒 <br />
4 <br />
再放入洋芋片翻炒即可起鍋 <br />
