仿土雞切塊 半隻 乾香菇 12朵 薑片 8片 蓮藕 3節 紅蘿蔔 1根 <br />

調味料<br />
醬油 1/3碗 水 2碗 醬油膏 2/3碗 米酒 2大匙<br />

作法<br />

備料(將紅蘿蔔切塊.蓮藕切塊.香菇洗過泡軟.雞肉汆燙漂冷水備用) <br />

熱鍋放一大匙油放入薑片.香菇.紅蘿蔔爆香後 <br />

放入汆燙的雞塊與蓮藕塊 <br />
4 <br />
放入調味料悶魯約15-20min待入味 <br />

成品上桌 <br />
