材料:新鮮旭蟹2隻、雞蛋1顆、洋蔥/木耳/韭黃均適量<br />
<br />
調味料:XO醬1匙、太白粉適量、米酒/醬油/烏醋/糖(各1小匙)<br />
<br />
作法:<br />
<br />
1.將旭蟹洗淨後一開,沾太白粉下鍋油炸備用。<br />
<br />
2.雞蛋打散炒香備用。<br />
<br />
3.爆香洋蔥,木耳及XO醬拌炒,再加入米酒、水、醬油、烏醋和糖調味。<br />
<br />
4.將備用的旭蟹和蛋放入鍋中拌勻,起鍋前加入韭黃拌炒幾下即可。<br />
