•去骨雞胸肉 1塊 •薑 2片 •蔥 2支 •青椒 半個 •鳳梨片罐 3片 •紅蘿蔔片 10小片 •<br />

【醃料】蒜末 1匙 •【醃料】醬油 1大匙 •【醃料】胡椒粉 少許 •【醃料】糖 半匙 •【醃料】太白粉 少許 •【醃料】蛋白 半顆 •<br />

【調味】番茄醬 3大匙 •【調味】糖 2大匙 •【調味】醋 2大匙 •【調味】鹽 1小匙 •香油 少許 •太白粉水 適量 •【調味】水 2大匙 •樹薯粉 1杯 <br />

作法<br />

雞胸肉切丁用醃料醃20-30分。青椒切菱形,鳳梨片1塊切六片,蔥切段,薑切片,紅蘿蔔切薄片。 <br />

起油鍋,將醃入味的雞丁沾樹薯粉,沾勻拍掉多餘的粉,放入油鍋油炸,開中火炸至金黃色即可。瀝乾油備用。 <br />
<br />
•3 <br />
少許油爆香蔥、薑,加入紅蘿蔔、青椒炒熟,加入醬料煮滾,再放入鳳梨片,勾芡。再放入炸好的雞丁,拌勻起鍋前淋上香油即可。<br />
