材料:軟絲1尾、黑糯米50公克、小黃瓜/蕃茄/洋蔥/黃甜椒/紅甜椒適量<br />

調味料:鹽少許、日式醬油2大匙、味醂1大匙<br />
<br />
作法:<br />
<br />
1.黑糯米洗淨,浸泡半天時間後,再用電鍋蒸熟放涼備用。<br />
<br />
2.將小黃瓜、蕃茄、洋蔥、黃紅甜椒切丁,起油鍋炒熟加入少許鹽巴。<br />
<br />
3.把作法2加入放涼的黑糯米中拌勻。<br />
<br />
4.將軟絲洗淨切好,將已拌勻蔬菜丁的黑糯米填入軟絲並用牙籤串起封口。<br />
<br />
5.放入烤箱(上/下火200),烤至半熟(約2分鐘後),刷上日式醬油與味醂調成的特調醬汁,每2-3分鐘反覆刷上醬料將烤好的軟絲切塊盛盤。起鍋加熱醬汁,淋在軟絲上即可。<br />
