食材 ( 3 人份 ) <br />
韭菜花 1把 豬絞肉 少許 豆乾 5小塊 紅辣椒 1根 蒜末 少許 黑豆豉 少許 醬油 1大匙 糖 1小匙 38°金門高粱酒 1大匙 五香粉 1小匙<br />

作法<br />

將韭菜花切小丁~~豆乾切小丁~~辣椒切小圓~~蒜頭切末~~絞肉~~黑豆豉~~醬油~~白糖~~還有38°金門高粱酒^^ <br />

先把豬絞肉乾炒後盛盤!接著熱鍋放入蒜末,紅辣椒,小豆乾炒勻!然後再把黑豆豉放入炒一炒!把豬絞肉放進一併炒勻喔!將一大匙高粱酒跟醬油和糖加進去炒勻就可以了!起鍋前把韭菜花丟進去大火炒一炒就好囉^^ <br />
