[小菜] 蜜汁柴魚酥
簡介:買了現刨的柴魚,回家煮高湯之後,剩下的柴魚不要了很可惜,只要用小火把它炒得乾乾酥酥的,在加入麥芽糖或蜂蜜,就是一道配飯良伴唷!<br />

食材 <br />
煮過的柴魚片 適量 薄鹽醬油 1~2大匙 蜂蜜 1~2大匙 金磚砂糖 1小匙 味琳 1大匙 白芝麻 少許<br />

作法<br />

煮過的柴魚片放入小鍋中,小火用筷子拌開,如果太大片,可以用剪刀稍微剪斷 <br />
2 <br />
炒到乾乾的時候,加入醬油跟味琳繼續炒到收乾為止 <br />
3 <br />
加入蜂蜜跟砂糖,一直拌炒到砂糖溶化,可以試吃一點再看看要不要調整甜度,最後灑上白芝麻拌勻,就可以囉! <br />
