食材 ( 1 人份 ) <br />
馬鈴薯 1顆 洋蔥 1顆 豬肉片 1盒 嫩薑 1條 鰹魚醬油 少許<br />

作法<br />

先將馬鈴薯切丁 <br />

洋蔥切絲 <br />
3 <br />
薑切片 <br />
4 <br />
先川燙肉在將肉浸泡到熱水中去油(因為不想吃太油不在意肉的口感會不會太老) <br />

再裝一杯熱水進電火鍋中薑馬鈴薯丟進去煮滾 <br />
6 <br />
煮滾後加入薑片洋蔥絲及少許鰹魚醬油 <br />
7 <br />
再加入豬肉片 滾一下入味 <br />
8 <br />
然後蓋鍋蓋繼續滾在悶使其入味就完成囉真的很簡單 <br />
