百合除含有澱粉、蛋白質、脂肪及鈣、磷、鐵維生素B、C,泛酸、胡蘿卜素等營養素外,還含有一些特殊的營養成分,如秋水仙堿等多種生物堿。這些成分綜合作用于人體,不僅具有良好的營養滋補之功,而且還對秋季氣候干燥而引起的多種季節性疾病有一定的防治作用。<br />

材料:鮮百合約70克、雞蛋3個、香蔥少許、植物油、鹽<br />
做法:1、新鮮百合洗干淨掰成一瓣一瓣的片<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2、雞蛋均勻打散后加適量鹽和一勺清水攪拌均勻<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;3、鍋中將水燒開,放入百合焯1-2分鍾,撈出來控干水<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;4、鍋熱油燒至六成熱,倒入蛋液<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;5、然后放入焯好的百合一同翻炒,雞蛋炒熟就OK了<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;6、出鍋裝盤,撒少許蔥花
