排骨 1.5斤 <br />

米酒 2大匙 冰糖 4大匙 醋 6大匙 醬油 8大匙<br />

作法<br />

將排骨洗淨後,用煮開的水汆燙一下,再放在水中洗一下。 <br />

鍋中放入排骨及調味料,用小火煮約45~60分鐘。 <br />
3 <br />
煮至汁濃稠即可。 <br />
