雞蛋 3顆 洋蔥 4/1顆 彩椒 一顆 蔥 兩枝 水煮鮪魚罐 一罐 香菜 少許 <br />

調味料<br />
白胡椒粉 少許 醬油 2/1茶匙 雞粉 2/1茶匙 糖 4/1茶匙<br />

作法<br />

彩椒與洋蔥切小丁,蔥切末, <br />

取一平底鍋,先爆香洋蔥與彩椒丁。取一深碗打入雞蛋+鮪魚肉(可先把湯汁瀝掉)+炒過的洋蔥和彩椒+蔥末+調味料全部攪拌均勻, <br />

倒入兩大匙油熱平底鍋,倒入綜合蛋液煎到兩面金黃就可以囉,起鍋後在蛋上點綴些香菜就OK囉~ <br />
